If you click the Sign In button and nothing happens (no error message), you need to do the following:
- When using Internet Explorer, make sure *.vit.org is placed in your Trusted Sites List. Especially when using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7.

- VIT Employees should contact the helpdesk as there is a separate issue that can affect VIT Employees only.
If you get an error because of an incorrect username or password.
